Nonetheless, Andersen will assess structures for possible hazards and provide a specific technical scope-of-work for any abatement work to be performed. Clients can use this scope-of-work to attain bids from relevant abatement contractors.

It is common, and at times mandated by law, that there be an independent third party oversight of the abatement work being performed, additionally, an independent third party may be required to perform a “clearance” confirming that indeed the abatement work was completed properly, with no remaining hazardous residue.

Andersen realizes that managing and coordinating an abatement/remediation project may be complex, time consuming, and at times frustrating. That is where Andersen can step in to provide full Project Management and oversight of contractors throughout the duration of a project. As well Andersen provides oversight of abatement services as legally required.
